AIOR for how my job has started out?

So for some context, I (32F) am new to the work force, but I've been raised in a work related environment that I know I'm not going into things totally blind. Therefore I can kinda pick up on things that might be red flags, but I need help pinning things down.
I work in Sales, and where I'm placed i work out of another larger store where I help them sell their electronics and i receive commissions when I do so, but the primary work I do has to do with cellular
Here's the list:
The lead manager of the company did not show up to the agreed location on the day of my interview, and could not be reached at ALL. I wound up with a rescheduled interview with a more regional manager.
I have received very little in store training. I did a ton of online training modules, but it doesn't help me in the more hands on department.
I am expected to remain by one register, but also am expected to walk the store floor and engage with customers to draw them back to my register. However, I am the ONLY rep in store for my company and I have lost sales by leaving the counter to look for others to engage with.
I am expected to be keeping up with our work chat on my phone but the company policy states that constantly being on the phone in any matter is against policy and is frowned upon.
I have so many conflicting issues but its the only job I can manage at the time. The worst part is that my hours are based on how many sales I can make per day, but I'm only scheduled one day a week and its beginning to become a major issue for me financially. We have no other income at home. So am I overreacting or is this just normal and do I need to learn to find the balance on my own regardless?
