I opened a ticket about my alt account that was banned for ban evasion. At the time, that was true, but my originally penalized account has already been reinstated, so the ban evasion charge shouldn't apply anymore, right? Support is telling me to open a ticket using the email of the original account, but when I do that, a staff member says that for issues regarding another account, I need to send a ticket from that account's email... I don't get this team.
