Hidden fees for trading stocks

These clearing fees are eating my gains as a scalper they are so annoying, if Tradestation is a PFOF broker why do they even charge per share fees. This is very scammy of them. Gotta trade 10m shares a month for free trading that’s impossible unless you trade sub dollar stocks.

Notice penalty CP22A

I received a letter today for a penalty from the irs saying my tax payment was rejected. I finish filing taxes using TurboTax on the 13th of April, I selected efile and entered my bank info and requested the withdrawal to be made the same day on the 13th. I waited the 13th, 14th, and the 15th, no withdrawal was made in my checking account. So I got worried about paying late and went onto the irs website and paid using direct pay. The direct pay took the tax money owed from my checking account the same day on the 15th. I paid on time and in full, but a couple of days later on the 21st the TurboTax efile tried to take the tax money (which was supposed to be done on the 13th) out of my checking account but failed due to insufficient funds because I already paid. Now they’re charging a 2% penalty from what I owed because of a failed payment. I called and they said to file form 843. Any suggestions? I don’t want to pay the penalty cause they’re charging me more than $5k.
