Finally at goal! Almost 50lbs gone

Made it to my goal! From 185 to 138 & now just continuing with strength training 4 days a week and cardio twice a week and starting to see actual muscles! Tirz has legit saved my life. No more back and knee pain, got my confidence back, I can run around with my kid, I’m not always tired. Keep going everyone and get in that gym!

I love my body more now than I ever have

My whole life I was usually in pretty good shape then at the end of 2023 I went into a very deep depression and gained a lot of weight very quickly. My back hurt, my knees hurt, none of my clothes fit anymore so I basically lived in sweatshirts and leggings. I eventually got on the right meds and started therapy which has been great, but I was still overweight and having a really hard time getting it off. Then at the beginning of this year i discovered tirz and its been the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I rediscovered my love of the gym and now im back at it 5-6 days a week and I don’t ever think I’ve loved the way I look as much as I do now. Even in my 20s, when I was in shape, I never really appreciated my body. I was always finding something to criticize. My body doesn’t look the way it did back then and honestly after having a baby, I don’t expect it to. But now, I actually feel proud of it. The weight is off, I feel strong and I’m starting to see real muscle now! And it’s crazy bc I remember when I was at my heaviest that there would be days at a time where I didn’t even look in the mirror. I barely even have pictures from that time because I didn’t want to be on camera. I’m just so so grateful that I discovered tirz in this community. I’m 5 pounds away from my goal weight so I’ll be finishing this last bottle and then I’m done, but I just wanted to express my gratitude for tirz helping me feel like myself again.

Weight loss has slowed since I’ve been in the gym

I’m a little over 2 months in and have been steadily losing weight every week, but the past 3 weeks I’ve been hitting the gym pretty hard with strength training and cardio and have been really enjoying it, but I’ve noticed my weight loss has slowed down since I’ve been in the gym. I meticulously track my calories and have been at about 1,500 most days and the only thing that has changed is the gym. I’m not going to stop going bc of that, but it is a little discouraging. Anyone else have this happen?

I started at 2.5mg and all was great. I’ve lost 10 pounds my first month and had a good balance of no food noise, still having an appetite, but stopping when I was full then on my last week, the last 3 days, food noise came back and I was craving all sorts of sugar. White knuckled my way through it though and did okay, but upped my dose to 3mg for the 5th week. On the 3rd day now of absolutely no appetite whatsoever. I don’t get any other symptoms except some itching so I’m happy about that, but I’m struggling to even get 1000 calories and forcing myself to eat when I feel full has been really difficult. Should I stay at this dose and just keep forcing down food or go back down to 2.5 and fight the food noise for the last 3 days. Both terrible options imo lol but maybe at 3mg it’ll get easier to eat if i wait it out??
