Edit: I was going to delete this post because of the bullying, but I've also been getting actual helpful advice, so I'm leaving it up so other new collectors can learn and get better:

  1. Always take pictures of your cards before sending them in.
  2. Research examples of 10's of the card you're getting graded to estimate what yours might get. Don't ask in here, you'll get bullied.
  3. The day you receive your cards back, inspect them for any kind of damage not present when you sent them in. You have 5 days to open a case against PSA.

Original post: I received my PSA order this morning (6 cards total) and everything looked good, except the Sudowoodo. I thought it had a real shot of being a 10, so when it got an 8 I was suspicious. I immediately looked it over and found what's in the pictures: it looks like it got pressed by something on the back lower left of the card.

I've already contacted PSA with the photos and I'm waiting to hear back. I don't have any photos of the card before I sent it in (i'm relatively new to all this) so I have no idea how this is going to go.

What grade do ya'll think it would have got if it hadn't been damaged? I know its chances of being a 10 are over and I'll never be able to benefit from it's value regardless, but I'm still curious what everyone thinks.
