Riot Support made me wait 11 days just to ask the SAME questions again even after I answered everything in detai
I opened a support ticket 11 days ago and only got my first response after 4 days. I answered every single question they asked in full detail immediately after that.
Now, after waiting again for 8 days, I finally received another reply… from a different support agent asking me the EXACT same questions all over again, even though I already answered everything correctly and in detailed form the first time.
The screenshots literally show both replies side by side and they’re basically the same copy-paste message.
At this point I genuinely don’t know what I’m supposed to do anymore. The waiting times are already long enough, but having to repeat the same process again without any actual progress is insanely frustrating.
Do I seriously have to wait another week just to get asked the same questions AGAIN? Has anyone else dealt with this from Riot Support?
