I started maunjaro in October 2025 since have lost about 15kg to date. Now that I am at the 6 month mark, one thing I have noticed is my menstrual cycle has changed.

I track my period, and generally its like clock work and my cycle is about 28-29ish days. However since starting mounjaro its slowly decreased, now averaging 25ish days.. my last one was 23 days! Its still about 5 days give or take.

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed changes?

I noticed I dont crave chocolate as much leading up to it.. but I have definitely noticed some slight hair loss too!

How has your experience been?
