We're at $2M ARR customers on net -45 to net -60 but our vendors want to get paid now. We have good credit card limits but our landlord, insurance and some contractors won't take card so using the float we have isn't an option. Were manually timing everything and it's getting annoying
What are founders at this stage doing about this?
