I’m a dev looking for my next project. I want to avoid the "solution in search of a problem" trap and build something people actually crave.

I’m looking for the stuff that makes you want to throw your laptop. Specifically:

  1. What is a part of your business you are completely fed up with?

  2. What have you tried so far to fix it? (Apps, manual spreadsheets, hiring someone, etc.)

  3. Why didn’t those work? (Too expensive, too complex, missing one key feature?)

I'm not here to pitch anything or "validate" an existing idea. I just want to hear about the real-world friction points that current tools are failing to solve.
