Breast Augmentation Result
It has been more than a year and a half since my breast augmentation surgery, which was at the end of September 2024. I received 420 cc extra high-profile implants placed partially under the muscle.
The top photos show my before state, and the bottom photos show the result 3 months after surgery. The last picture shows how my cleavage looks in clothing. After breast augmentation, I was hoping for a much more noticeable cleavage than this.
I’m not satisfied with the result because I feel that my breasts are too far apart, which also makes the gap between them quite large. I also feel that they point too much outward. Because of this, to me the middle part of my chest doesn’t look as full, rounded, or nicely projected as I would like. Instead, the fuller and rounder part is more toward the sides near my armpits.
Because of this, I don’t feel comfortable wearing deep cleavage outfits without a bra. The implants themselves are large, but in the center it still looks like I barely have any breast tissue, which makes it even more noticeable to me that they are not positioned more toward the middle.
Before the surgery, the doctor told me that my nipples naturally point slightly outward and that unfortunately he would not be able to reduce the distance between my breasts.
I honestly can’t decide whether this is truly the case, because I’ve heard very mixed opinions. Some people say that a good surgeon can fix it, while others say it’s simply genetic anatomy and there’s not much that can be done about it. Others say that implant profile, size, and therefore implant width can be adjusted in a way that brings the breasts closer together.
However, my issue with that is that I already didn’t want such a large size to begin with, and as far as I know there aren’t many implants with a higher profile than this. So following that logic, maybe a better result simply couldn’t have been achieved with my natural anatomy.
Please share your opinions. I would be especially grateful to hear from people who naturally had wider-set breasts but were able to achieve a closer result after surgery, and if so how did the surgeon accomplish it?
