Hey everyone,

I have a Dreame L20 Ultra Pro and recently installed the dedicated TriCut brush. Since then, the robot stopped cleaning carpets aggressively/intensively like before - it feels like it no longer boosts suction properly on carpets.

Did anyone else have a similar issue after switching to the TriCut brush?

Unfortunately, I threw away the original brush, so I can't test whether the problem disappears with the old one installed again.

I also tried resetting all vacuum settings, but that didn't help.

Any ideas or fixes?
