A guy I'm dating makes my skin crawl.

I literally broke out in hives being near this guy during our third date- and everytime I get near him I feel physically ill.

This guy (38) is super polite, very gentle, but everything about him makes me want to run for the hills.

Like when he kisses me or hold me- it feels so fake and unnerving even though I find him attractive.

His voice sounds sweet, but when he says "I'll miss you!" Or "I had a lot if fun" I swear it sounds like bad acting.

And when I got our of the public bathroom one time - I swear his face was looking at me with the creepiest eyes.

I feel like he's all smiles and nervous laughter- but maybe I'm picking up on something?

We were making out near a gazebo overlooking a lake at midnight with no one around, and he joked "what would you do, if I threw you over the edge?"

Like ...

Am I over reacting?

I like him... but I just sense something???

I'm dating a sweet nerdy guy (38), who I really like—but since March, he's only seen me in person 3 times becuase he's always busy.

Next week, he's going to be gone -yet again- until the end of May.

I've asked if he wants to come back to my place before his trip (hoping for intimacy).

He said he'd rather play mini golf.

He keeps joking he's surprised I haven't ghosted him yet.

Am I wrong that this seems way too slow?

How can I tell him that to me- this isn't enough? I feel he will argue that we barely know each other, and I'm being too clingy.

edit: To clarify the date is mini golf and I'm going. I just wanted Netflix and Chill is the problem...
