Google is very misleading… where can I find a self serve dog wash in Hillsboro? Thank you!

Currently in Jamaica at Excellence Oyster Bay (which I would 100% recommend) and while getting drinks and eating at restaurants I’m noticing most people aren’t tipping?! My husband and I made sure to bring a ton of cash after checking this Reddit page to make sure we were tipping the amazing staff. What am I missing?
