I am a contractor and my agency had to move my payroll to another company that specialises in handling NL for contractors about 4mth ago.
I just took a closer look at my payslips and just realised that they have been underpaying my super for the last 4mths because they calculate it after the NL has been deducted when it should be calculated on OTE (Ordinary Time Earnings).
I emailed them earlier in the week and still have to hear back from them.
If this payroll company that supposedly specialises in NL contractors can make this mistake, then others can too.
