I have a crank, no start - not even a cough after rebuilding all the injectors 1.6 TDCI

On diagnostic scanner, the fuel pump goes to 60,000kpa but in excess of the demand

After stopping cranking the pressure rapidly drops to 10,000 and then slowly reduces to zero

Is this normal behaviour, or does it suggest a leak

Took injector to bits and cleaned, having reassembled is leaking from nozzle and smoking/knocking

Is there any compound to use when assembling?
