Feeling Down

I did an IVF transfer in April and at first everything seemed okay—line progression was slow but steady and my first beta at 11dpt was 270. However, my betas slowed down significantly and didn’t double after - 15dpt 700, 17dpt 1048, and 21dpt 1364. I went in for an US on 21dpt (5w6d) and we saw a 4.6mm gestational sac (so a week behind) with maybe a yolk sac beginning to form but hard to tell.

I know this is probably not viable but the doctor wants me to wait until this Friday for another US before they tell me to stop meds. The days are going by very slow.

Any success stories? Advice? Feeling really down since my February transfer didn’t stick and last year I had to TFMR for genetic abnormality that PGTA didn’t catch at 19 weeks. I thought my luck finally turned around. I guess I just needed to vent somewhere.

Slow Rising hCG

Looking for advice and success stories for others who dealt with slow rising HCG. I’m trying not to spiral too much. I’ve seen posts where the HCG starts on the lower side, but nothing that comparable to my scenario. I did IVF and my embryo was a high grade euploid.

My HCG had been as follows: 11dpt 270.8 > 15dpt 701 > 17dpt 1048. I was really hoping today’s beta would catch up (they wanted 1,200 to 1,400) and I am reading all sorts of scary things online spanning from blighted ovum, ectopic, etc. My clinic is having me go back on Monday for a scan, I will be 5 weeks 5 days then.
