[TOMT] sound effect I think from game or movie company logo with chromatic scale on xylophone/glockenspiel followed by baby laugh
I think it was either a 2000s game start up (probably ps2 or Nintendo ds as those are the consoles we owned) or maybe from a movie from that time as well. It is kind of kidish sounding (I thought maybe eye toy but I can’t seem to find it on any intro videos I’ve watched) and the baby laugh is kinda a cartoon laugh that goes huh-huh huh
