How hard is it to move into a new org or role at IBM? With the hiring freeze will the be impossible? In Consulting now (Solution architect) but hoping to get into something outside of consulting or an area with a good pipeline/ don’t have to fight for a seat. I’ve done it all from technical work to delivery lead and BA / PM.

Any thoughts or connects would be appreciated. I have references from past projects too.
