How good is he for students with a weak foundation in math?

I'm taking him session B of this upcoming fall semester and am wondering how he is at teaching.

Does anyone know of a way to do this? Is there a free math tutoring site that is very effective? I’m not looking for Khan Academy or anything similar to that.
