I have completed my first year of BTech (CSE), and right now I’m really confused about what I should do next. What skills should I learn, what should I focus on, and how can I use the next 3 years productively so that it actually helps me get a good job in the future?

I see people talking about DSA, development, AI/ML, CP, internships, open source, etc., and it feels overwhelming. I would really appreciate realistic advice from seniors or people already in the industry about what actually matters and how I should approach learning.
