Is doing master's again a good idea after nearly a decade of experience?
Keeping it short. I have nearly a decade of experience in android app development. But i've been job hunting for about five months now with no luck. Companies are taking multiple rounds and at the end hiring other candidates. Seems like a dead end.
If anyone has been in a similar situation, how did you tackle it? I'm from India. Will doing masters again from a foreign country help boost my career? Even if not from a foreign country, will getting a degree from a prestigious institute like IIT help?
