Unsure if I (23M) should send her (23F) a message after nearly 2 years of not seeing each other

So basically I met this girl on a trip a little less than 2 years ago. We were only able to spend one night together and it was such a good time…I don’t even really remember how I got her Instagram but I did. Of course communication didn’t last too long after that but recently she’s been engaging with all my content on socials which didn’t happen before. She suddenly likes pictures on my account that weren’t my most recent, liking my stories etc. I might be overthinking this but could this mean nothing or is it a subtle invitation to initiate contact? Idek what I would say but the thought of reading the room wrong sending her a message that she wasn’t expecting kills me with cringe

As you can tell I detest the whole online era of dating and avoid it like the plague so I have no real grasp on how to go about it but this time it’s different, she was seriously such a cool person and I’d love to get to know her some more

This is within Europe so “a city close to her” is like 2 hours max. Anyways, on IG I’ve seen she’s recently unblocked me and this idea popped into my head. Last time we saw each other irl was like mid 2020. A few times between then there’s been some back and forth in DMs, both casual chit chat and some emotionally driven combative conversations. It safe to say I’m over that, but I’m not sure that’s the case for her or what the reaction will be if I ask her to meet me. It could go well, or it could explode into a tense stand off. I’m not looking to spark the relationship back up, I just want common ground and resolve to be found through irl means if that makes sense. To me it’s much more meaningful than text. What’s holding me off at the moment is the absolute bamboozle on her end to see such a text. It would be a scary thought, no?
