My skin texture has gone to dog shit after a bad rosacea outbreak. The coloration seems to ~slowly~ be getting better; I’ve been on doxycycline for 3 months (50mg) and azelaic acid as well as ivermectin. It was a bad bad bad flare as I just developed rosacea and wasn’t sure what to do.

Now that it’s under control, how do I fix this texture without expensive laser? Is that the only way?
