Bought an item that was significantly not as advertised including being the wrong size and having a stain on it that wasn't mentioned. The seller immediately instigated a return at my expense which I did. Fast forward to the end of the three days they've got to pick it up and I get a message saying seller hasn't picked up the item and it's on its way back to me. This is the second time happening to me and I'm still yet to be refunded for the another item I bought significantly not as advertised that happened about three weeks ago. Is this a regular thing and what recourse do I have?
