Cold Turkey or Gradual?

I have known for a while now that I need to quit. With school starting up, I have finally decided to actually do it. But I'm not sure whether to go cold turkey or gradually decrease strength and amount of pouches until I can easily quit. I feel like cold turkey can be harder, but I really don't want the possibility of just upping the strengths whenever I feel like it. Do y'all have any suggestions? Also, what else would you recommend for help quitting? I have heard gum and mints are helpful.

Can I get into selective schools?

I am entering into my senior year of high-school and I am looking at applying to some selective colleges. My top schools are Duke and UPenn, and I am planning on sending a hail mary application to Stanford. I have a 4.32 weighted GPA, 1550 SAT superscored (750 English, 800 Math), am a varsity track runner, 3 year leader of Chinese club, 1 year president of Chinese club, have taken 7 APs and plan on taking 6 more this year. I entered into the Columbia Law review high-school essay contest and hoping to place well. I also plan on entering into the Wharton investment competition and starting a math tutoring business. I go to a private school in Texas with a very good reputation. Do y'all think I can get into the schools I listed? I also plan on applying to Wake Forest, UNC, Notre Dame, and Vanderbilt.

Should I quit zyns or just cut down?

So for context, I have been doing Zyns regularly for about a year now. I told myself I was going to at least take a week-long break and then decide if I want to fully quit or just cut down on how much I use them. It's been a week, and I can't decide. I am not itching to use them anymore, but sometimes I definitely want to, especially with the 4th of July being tomorrow. I don't want to get addicted again, but I do enjoy doing them from time to time. What's y'all's recommendation?
EDIT: I am about to turn 18 and don't want to feel like I rely on them. I never really did, but I always felt like I needed to have one in, even if I didn't feel a buzz. Not having them in was a struggle but I feel great now. I just want advice on whether I should fully quit, or should I still allow myself to have them with some friends from time to time.
