The YouTube Partner Program and the Drop in Views

Hi everyone, I received an email on May 6th confirming that I had joined the Partner Program, but since then my view counts have dropped, and now only my subscribers are watching. Very few non-subscribers are watching. From what I’ve researched, YouTube apparently places those who haven’t completed the Partner Program in a “trust pool” for a month to monitor them, and once the review is complete, the view counts return to normal. Is this true, and does anyone have more information? Could you help me out?

Stuck in the "Subscriber-Only" loop for 1 month after getting Partner 1. Is this filter permanent?

Hey everyone, I hit the YouTube Partner Program (Partner 1) exactly one month ago. Since then, my Shorts have been stuck in a complete deadlock. Before monetization, my videos were hitting the Shorts Feed normally. For the last month, my views stay around 100-150 and 100% of the traffic comes from my existing subscribers. The Shorts Feed traffic is basically 0%. I upload every single day at the exact same time (16:40) with high discipline, but the algorithm refuses to push my content to non-subscribers. To make it worse, my friend (who regularly watches my channel) told me that YouTube has shown him the "Shorts User Satisfaction Survey" 5 times across 5 different videos of mine during this month. It feels like the algorithm is trapping my videos in a tiny "quarantine pool" and testing the same small audience over and over again because it's afraid to show it to strangers. Has anyone experienced this specific "subscriber loop" after monetization? How long did it take for the algorithm to finally break this barrier and push your videos back to the real Shorts Feed? Any advice would be appreciated.
