My left snakebite has swollen and bled a tiny bit when I was asleep, and hurt the day before it began to show signs of infection.

I have had these piercings since October 2025, and switched to rings 4 months in without any problems, they have never hurt or swelled or anything before and I occasionally put warm saltwater on them — yesterday it hurt so i did the saltwater and gargled some inside and went to sleep, today its swollen but not stinging as much as it was.

What do I do? Is the left snakebite saveable? :-(
