Not sure if this has been discussed, but when JD moves to be closer to his son Sam, work distance becomes a problem for him and even begins to limit his friendship with Turk. In the end its the reason he took the job closer to where Sam is.

Elliot moved in with JD, and therefore followed where he went, but how comes theres no mention of even a concern for her travel? Is genuinely that unaffected by living further away from Sacred Heart?
