I’m 18M and 175cm tall and 68kg and have some fat all around my body that I want to get rid of, I’m gonna do strength training 3x a week soon and I already play soccer 4-5x a week combined with 3 plyometric sessions a week. Is it recommended for me to go into a 200-300 calorie deficit or a bigger one considering I also want to build as much muscle as possible
