I have bilateral varicocele I am 19M. 6 month ago I am doing squat in high intensity and I feel hangness heavinesspain in left testicle and stomach pain in left side that is very horrible I can't get up from bed for 4 days . Currently I am facing single swollen vein in left testicle with hangness and bag of worm feeling bilateral. If anyone done any surgery like micro vericocelectomy or embolization?
