YOTO E-BIKE
Sorry if I’m not doing this right—I’ve never posted on Reddit before, but I’m in a bit of a weird situation and could use some advice.
About a year ago, I bought an e-bike from Yotobike, but it looks like the company may have completely gone out of business.
The bike itself still runs fine, but I’m starting to get concerned about the battery eventually dying and not being able to replace it or get support.
From what I remember, it’s the Yoto Butterfly Commute E-Bike in light blue.
Based on the branding on the bike, I think the underlying manufacturer might be something like “Truck Run” (not 100% sure on the spelling). I also tried reaching out to what I thought might be their support/contact info, but I haven’t gotten any response after over two weeks.
Has anyone dealt with something similar, or does anyone know where I might be able to find replacement parts or a compatible battery?
