What was the defamation with Donna Sands and her Sylkie clothes?
From the media tour the defamation was that they were overpriced. Isn't that a perfectly legal opinion? The top she's advertising at the moment is available in many other online shops. Some more expensive and some cheaper.
Other shops says it comes from China. I expect a wholesaler sells it for significantly less and the shops sell it on with a markup. Isn't that how every business works?
The other shops say the composition of the top and that it's made in China. Sylkie says nowhere what it's made of or where it's produced. Unsure if that is against any rules.
