Sometimes when I have a song stuck in my head that I particularly enjoy I tap my top set and bottom set of my teeth together to mimic the beat, lyrics or some other part of the song. It’s a habit and I try to refrain from doing it because I’m sure it’s not the best thing to do for your teeth or jaw.
