My spelling is getting worse and I don’t know what to do

I just want to start off by saying that I’m a junior in high school and I’m very concerned with how bad my spelling has gotten overtime. It’s honestly pretty embarrassing that I’m posting this in the first place, but it’s been on my mind for a while so I’d thought I would post here hoping for some advice. This all started after I took my English midterm in January, in which I got a bad score on and was a complete wreck about. I started to overthink if I was becoming illiterate because I should be good at analyzing text, but I’m not because I’m a perfectionist and I have a fear of being wrong so I don’t want to let my family down by having a low reading level. I keep forgetting when to add apostrophes to my own writing even though that’s something I use to not struggle with at all. I’m just so afraid of being illiterate and being a let down to my family. I’m sorry if this doesn’t make sense or there’s a lot of grammatical errors in the text, I’m writing this in a hurry. If anyone has any advice on how to get better at fixing grammar and spelling, that would be greatly appreciated.
