Slowing Down a little
I've been on my semiglutide since the beginning of January. I've made really great progress. SW 218 CW 188. I've been on the max dose (for me) at 56 units for the past month and recently I've felt a little more hungry than I was when I first started out. I still don't eat much, but I get a lot of cravings which I didn't really have before. Also my weight has been going back and forth a lot, much more than it used to. And its really not a huge deal because I'm talking like 1 pound back and forth. But I've been eating healthy and working out 4-5 times a week. So I'm not sure why I'm feeling a struggle now. 3 weeks ago I hit 188, 2 weeks ago I was 187 and this week I was 188 again. I'm not sure if this is a stall or what. My plan ends at the beginning of June and I'm not sure if its worth staying on or not, if maybe the medication isn't working as well as it had in the past. I keep my own log of my weigh-ins and since I started in January I've always lost at least 1lb every week so I guess that's why I'm a little concerned that maybe I have just gotten used to the medication and maybe its not the best idea to pay all that money for an additional 6 months.
So my question is, has anyone else stayed at the same dose for a full 6 months and had success within that time? Or should I ask for my dose to be increased? My goal weight is 160
