What can I do to get into pharmaceutical industry as a monitor/cra?

I have 4 years experience as a clinical research coordinator at a children's hospital. I have IND experience, grants, consent, and a to of other crc experience. I've spoken to the monitors that have come in and they tell me how great it is and I should consider industry but that its really hard to get into. Aside from my experience I do only have my bachelor's degree in bio. Do I need a master's to stand a chance? I did also get my ccrp accreditation.
