Hey guys, I start as an MT soon and I’d love some advice or pointers! I know a lot of people haven’t had great luck but this is full time employment for me as a new grad so I’m blessed and thankful.

What’s something you wish you knew sooner?
What makes an MT valuable and set them up for success?
How fast do people promote and what is the pay range for that promotion? For pay transparency I’m targeted at 50k 45 hours a week.

I start the job the first of the month… however I have a 2 preplanned vacations. One is for a day , another is a week long vacation the next month. How bad does this look and how is it usually handled?
