Doctor did not suggest transfusion, only supplements?

Edit: apologies I meant infusion!

I was wondering if this is normal? It seems like a lot of people get infusions around my range. Some stats in case photos don’t show up:

Ferritin: 3
Hemoglobin: 9.4 g/dL
% saturation: 6%

But my new doctor only prescribed a multivitamin and 325mg Ferosul. I’m confused as a previous doctor immediately suggested two infusions a few years back, when my ferritin was 6 and hemoglobin normal!

I’m frustrated because my anemia has never been worse and I’ve developed pica as well, which wasn’t a problem a year ago. I’ve been having heavy periods and I bleed every day for months at a time, so clearly there’s something wrong and I was really hoping for an infusion 😞

What I like about indie fragrances is that they use notes I can’t often find in traditional perfumes. And because indies generally contain fewer filler notes, for me it’s easier to smell the individual notes in them. I’ve found a few notes through indies that are immediate favorites, like dragonsblood incense (Crow & Pebble’s Dragon Princess is a fav)

HOWEVER, I have found that patchouli is an instant no. I tried a few indie fragrances that had a patchouli note, and it was so bad for me that I physically gagged and felt nauseous for awhile after trying a couple of them (this is such a negative review that I don’t want to share the specific fragrances I tried, because they seem to be well loved by plenty of people!)

Are there any notes that, if you see it in the description, you immediately pass on the fragrance? I think patchouli is commonly disliked, but I know some people who avoid specific flowers, like lilac which I personally love!
