u/Im-Mostly-Confused

I'm new to the game and don't quite understand this with tires. I've had a couple spinouts/slide outs that resulted in one tire going to 0%, but the HUD shows kpa of pressure like the tire is inflated. All other tires will be 90+ percent. Is it an overheated thing? What am I misunderstanding here. Thanks for any tips.
