I know there was a thread on this a few months back, but wanted to check in and see if anyone’s been doing this and what your experience has been.
I tried 2 tabs of XUM mushrooms for the first time on Sunday, and for the first time in a while I actually felt present, ust able to sit and listen to music without my thoughts racing in the background.
For context, I take duloxetine for depression/anxiety, but nothing for my diagnosed ADHD.
Curious if microdosing daily or every couple of days is something people have found helpful, or if that’s not really advisable.
