In college eariler today me and my girlfriend, with a couple friends were joking around in class. She has suspected bipolar and was particularly jumpy today. I know im a dick for this entire situation but, that particular day I wasnt feeling the same way as her and was quite rude. She was being loud and I kept making jokes along the lines of "its so loud in here" "I might work somewhere else" or just flat out calling her annoying in a sarcastic tone. She eventually went to the bathroom and, as of an hour ago told me while in the bathroom, she cut herself. She doesn't blame me but, the reason she did it was because of the way i was making her feel. Im really confused on how to feel and what to do going forward. I love her so much, im worried. Shes started having hallucinations again and told me the reason she did it was because the voices told her it would help. What do i do
