2nd full rewatch ever

I have done many rewatches of this show, and complete it 99.9% of the time. I've only finished it 100% once before yesterday and that was on its original broadcast. I forgot how awful it is.

I finished 15 x 19, swore I wasn't going to cry, put on my big boy pants and jumped in... my 51yr old started sobbing like a damn baby! My cats were staring at me, woke my brother up. I called my daughter cause she refuses to watch 15 x 20 and trying to man up and not cry anymore broke at her voice. I hung up and texted her instead. Told her 15 x 19 is the true ending if she can ever get past the Cass ep.

I restarted season 1 today lol

Sam and Dean

Sam: up until about season 8 or 9 (forgive me if I have my seasons mixed, I'm sick and haven't slept much) Sam was smart but also quite the badass in fights. After said seasons he was still smart and still fought well but, damn, you could develop a drinking game out of his getting knocked out/knocked silly/needing saved. But his compassion exploded by leaps and bounds. I know he went through a lot with Gadreel and the trials, then no soul. But, dude, he should be over that after a few seasons.

Dean: I don't really know when I started noticing it... Dean can be funny as fuck in one episode and an absolute dick in the next. He can be hateful/spiteful/mean/manipulative (sort of). Treats cass like crap a lot then claims he's his best friend.

I've watched this show so many times and I've had this thought before, but never had a place to talk about spn before I found this sub!

For the record my fav characters are:

Dean/Crowley at #1

Sam/Bobby at #2

Ruby (Katie)/Rowena #3

Wouldn't it nice if we could

Comment on reviews (maybe) but definitely the goofs section of movies shows.

I've seen seen so many that I've wanted to just rip my hair off because, take the goofs for example, they were completely inaccurate. Or the reviews started out on the movie/episode then went completely off the rails praising another movie/episode. Or they were just completely got something wrong.

I'd love for people to be able to add comments to these to set them right.

One of my fav Dean lines S3

To Bella "Don't objectify me!". Sky At Morning

Love this episode all together especially the Gert and Sam aspect.

Not really a complaint, but... a why

Does anyone else get so tired of the audience cheering/hhooting/hollering every time Sophie comes onscreen? Me and my daughter both LOVE this show but we both agree the applause every single time is exasperating.

For those old enough

Would this show have been better/the same/or worse if made in the '90s, when writers and producers weren't as worried about jokes bothering viewers.

Yes, I am aware they still had to be careful, but the lines they couldn't cross weren't so cut and dry.
