So there is a new POI called "Abandoned Tower" (not Abandoned Research Tower), which is basically a small single tower location with a fun little "Leadership Journal, Day 14" slate. Anyway, there is a location by the elevator near the top of the tower that accepts a battery but I don't see anything different when the battery is inserted. Does this do anything?
