Hello! I’ve been trying to get my employee discount added for the past year with no help from my store manager 🤦. Luckily my grandmother works at a different Walgreens so I still get the discount. However, when I tried to add it myself it kept asking for a card number. I ended up googling it and it revealed that that card number is supposed to be your account number. Question is, how do you get to the account number? The one “tutorial” I found on here no longer works

What does Customer Service Timeout for thirty minutes mean? I asked my manager and he had no clue.
