I got the Ascendant Voidshard on an alt but it's not allowing me to complete the quest on my main. It shows as already completed and I can't get a voidshard for my main character.

Edit: Once you complete the quest on one character, the voidshards start dropping account wide. Unfortunately though your one character that you completed the quest on gets a 1 voidshard head start.
