Cat with urinary obstruction

Hello everyone,

This Sunday i brought my cat the the emergency vet cause he was having a hard time peeing and i was told he had an obstruction.

He was supposed to stay until wednesday but he has a really hard time and the vet couldnt properly give him the meds, so i have him at home.

Vet is not available til morning (its almost midnight here) so i was hoping i could have some answers.

He's been peeing in his litterbox most of the times but he's also been peeing on his blanket, while laying on the side (check pictures at the end of the post), hes been there peeing a few drops for the last 4 minutes. The pee is also reddish, but i was told it was normal.

What worries me the most is that earlier today he took his cone and im worried he messed something on his probe (?) / Catheter (?) idk how to call it in english, that he has on his penis, when he pees it doesn't flow through but it comes out from the sides.

He's also quite lethargic, been sleeping for most of the day and hes now been sitting in a corner with his eyes closed for 4 minutes.

¿Should i be worried and look for a night emergency vet or wait for mine in the morning?
