I cancelled an order with a third party seller. Amazon refunded me, however the seller still sent the merchandise. This seller does not have free returns, but has requested I return the merchandise. Has anyone dealt with this before? The chat bot is not helpful. I don’t want to cheat them out of their product but I also don’t want to pay for their error.
