Hoya Mathilde peduncle or no?

Ahoy, Hoyas! I don't have a lot of hoyas. I just kind of buy based on leaf texture because I know they're notoriously hard to get to bloom. I had forgotten about my Mathildes and went to water today and noticed these little offshoots. These are two different pots. Are both of my mathildes blooming?!

My niece sent me a cutting from her monkeytail catus. Give me your best prop tips and or what I should do before propping
