Propagating and packing this Trichocereus pasacana pushed me to my limits. Not just the length but girth, weight and long spines posed many challenges. But alas! All successfully arrived safe and sound.

This year it’s doing well. I did cut off a whole column because it looked like it was dry rotting. There are a few spots that don’t look well but I guess that is normal for an old cactus?
So I bought this Cactus at a greenhouse I went to this morning. I forgot to ask the guy what kind it was. The SEEK app isn't helping me at all and I can't find anything online about it. Can anybody help me identify this beauty?
Had to get creative — it was too big and spiky for the pressure bandage. The rootstock could have even been more full of sap, it was freshly rooted weeks ago.
Edit: seems it was a little to heavy, it broke near bottom after 3 min 🥹 just erected it, hopefully it’s still gonna make it🤞🏻
My goal for this year is to maybe double or triple the cacti I own. I would love some more natives like the dahila/pencil and sword cactus.
First photo at 1:30 pm yesterday afternoon, the flower is open at 10:30 pm last night, and the flower is finished today at 7:30 am.
My prickly pear has flowered for the first time. And another one soon, which I've never had happen before.
This astro seedling was delivered today. I bought it from a Palmstreet purge. But this is scale, right? It's all over the bottom half of the plant. The sale photos were taken from above to show off the variegation and it's hard to zoom in on anything on PS, so I didn't see it.
I couldn’t help myself 😭 Newest addition - an already blooming peanut cactus (feels like cheating lol). Should I repot it right away or wait until it’s done blooming?
