Hairloss Help (1 yr)

I went to my dr & my iron levels are in low range of normal. She said I can up my iron to 65mg day if I feel like that is normal.I'm 47 so I'm assuming it could be perimenopause too? I also have hashimotos & lichen planiplarus but I'm not at the point where I need medication. We are unsure at this point which is causing my hairloss & she suggested trying AIP diet for 3 months & slowly add foods back to see if it could be that. I already use minodoxil & laser helmet every other day *sigh* Is there anything else I can do?

My hair fallout started last June so it has almost been a year 😞 I got covid in May of last year so I wasn't sure if it could be that too UGH

I'm already taking:

D3 5000IU 1x day AM

Selenium 1x day

B12 1x day AM

K2 1x day AM

1 Blood builder pill w/ 1000mg Vit C in AM

Anything I can do at this point?

Today I hit 12 years at my company...

I've been blessed w/ good bosses at my company. I support a Prez of a sector & all the directors under him plus a program of 1500 ppl. I keep busyyyyy. My boss of 12 years retired 2 weeks ago & I sobbed let me tell you. LOL He is the sweetest man ever. My new boss I have known for years & we are around the same age & get along really well but I will never take having a good boss for granted. The grass is not always greener & I know how good I have it here. I feel for many of you who I read your stories on here. My role has progressed to help w/ more projects & they are talking about making me a manager plus still doing my job now which I'm happy with.

I'm also blessed to work w/ 2 other exec admins who are no drama & we get along really well. I have gone through exec admins here who were petty, mean & liars so I'm just thankful. Own up to your mistakes, don't lie & go over & beyond within reason. I hope you all are as happy at your jobs as I am mine. ♥
